RE: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2009 

In accordance with Article 11 of the "Ley Organica 1/2002" of March 22, 2002 which regulates the rights of Associations, we wish to advise you of and invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting for the “Asociación Valenciana en Defensa de los Derechos Humanos, Medioambientales y en contra de los Abusos Urbanisticos” (Abusos Urbanisticos N0) on Friday, November 27, 2009 at 17:00 p.m. for the first call and 17:30 p.m. for the second call, if necessary, at the Sede Universitaria in Benissa (Calle Purisima 57 – 59, around the corner from the Town Hall). 

The Agenda for the AGM will be as follows: 

1-      Presentation and approval of the Reports of the Management Committee  

2-      General outline of future goals and activities of the Association 

3-      Membership and other fees, if any 

4-      Resignation/Election of Officers 

5-      Any other business

JAHRES-HAUPTVERSAMMLUNG 2009 

Gemäss Artikel 11 des "Ley Organica 1/2002" vom 22. März 2002 der die Rechte der Vereinigungen reguliert, möchten wir Sie hiermit zu der Jahres-Hauptversammlung der “Asociación Valenciana en Defensa de los Derechos Humanos, Medioambientales y en contra de los Abusos Urbanisticos” (Abusos Urbanisticos No) am Freitag, 27 November 2009 um 17h00 zur ersten Einberufung und – falls erforderlich – um 17h30 zur zweiten Einberufung in der “Sede Universitaria” in Benissa (Calle Purisima, 57 – 59; um die Ecke von dem Rathaus) einladen. 

TAGESORDNUNG 

1-  Presentation und Bestätigung der Berichte des Management Komitees  

2- Festlegung allgemeiner Richtlinien zum Zwecke der Erfüllung der künftigen Zielsetzungen und Aktivitäten der Vereinigung. 

3-  Mitgliedschaftsbeitrag und andere Beiträge, falls erforderlich 

4-  Amtsenthebung/Wahl neuer Amtsträger 

5-  Verschiedenes

Estimado Sr/Estimada Sra:

Asamblea General Ordinaria de 2009 

Conforme a lo dispuesto en el articulado de los Estatutos y conforme al artículo 11 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2002 de 22 de Marzo de 2002, por medio del presente escrito se convoca a la Asamblea General Ordinaria de la Asociación Valenciana en Defensa de los Derechos Humanos, Medioambientales y en Contra de los Abusos Urbanísticos (Abusos Urbanísticos No) para viernes el 27 de noviembre de 2009 a las 17:00 horas en primera convocatoria y a las 17:30 horas en segunda convocatoria, caso de haber lugar en la Sede Universitaria de Benissa ( C/ Purisima, 57 – 59; cerca del ayuntamiento).

                                      El Orden del día previsto será el siguiente: 

1-      Presentación y aprobación de la gestión del órgano de representación, incluyendo la examinacion y aprobacion o rechazo del presupuesto anual de ingresos y gastos, asi como la Memoria Anual de actividades 

2-      Establecer las líneas generales de actuación que permite a la Asociación cumplir sus fines 

3-      Fijar las cuotas ordinarias y extraordinarias en su caso 

4-      Renovación de miembros del órgano de representación, eleccion, susticion, y destituicion de miembros de organo de representacion. 

5-      Asuntos varios, ruegos y preguntas
