1) Deutsch 2) Castellano 3) English ------------------------------------------------- Liebe Freunde, Unser Lebewohl für 2009 und den Beginn von 2010 erinnert uns daran, dass AUN auch ein Jahr älter geworden ist; etwas, dass Rathäuser und das Valencianische Ministerium für Raumordnung und Bauentwicklung weder erwartet noch erwünscht hatten. Daher ist unser Wunsch zweierlei: einerseits drücken wir unsere besten Wünsche für die Weihnachtszeit aus und erinnern uns, dass trotz der "Krise", die wir um uns herum sehen, uns eine Anzahl "Geschenke" beschert worden sind, so zum Beispiel die Zurücknahme der drei üblen Pläne für Parcent und das Zurückhalten des PAI für Mestrets durch den Obersten Gerichtshof. Im Ergebnis sieht die Zukunft hier nun lichter aus. Andererseits hoffen wir, dass AUN fortfahren wird, seine Rolle auszufüllen, so lange wie es nötig ist, gegen jene, die andere zu Opfern machen, jene, die korrupt sind, die andere berauben mit oder ohne Gesetz und gegen jene Gesetze, die diese Verhaltensweise erlauben. Der Vorstand von AUN wünscht Ihnen allen auch in Zukunft viel Erfolg und Glück.
Lisa, Willy, Enric, Charles, Raquel, Julian, Stewart, Hubert, Joan Josep, Joan Angel, Juan Luis, Dagmar ------------------------------------------------------- Queridos amigos: Estamos a punto de cerrar 2009 y de abrirm2010, eso supone que AUN ha cumplido un año más, algo que muchos, especialmente Ayuntamientos y Conselleria de Territorio y Urbanismo ni esperaban, ni deseaban. Por eso nuestros deseos y felicitaciones son dobles, de un lado os deseamos unas esplendidas fiestas de Navidad y fin de año a pesar de la crisis y que 2010 venga cargado de regalos, como la anulación por la Conselleria de los PAIs de Parcent, o la nueva sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia anulando el PAI Mestrets en Castellón. Por otro lado deseamos que AUN pueda cumplir tantos años como sean necesarios para continuar luchando contra los que abusan, contra los que atropellan, contra los que corrompen y roban con o sin ayuda de las leyes y contra esas leyes que lo permiten. El equipo activo de AUN les desea todo eso y mucha, mucha felicidad.

For this, our own desire is twofold: on one hand we extend our best wishes for the Christmas season and recall, despite the “crisis” we see around us, a number of “gifts” this year has bestowed, such as the cancellation of the three ill-conceived schemes (PAIs) for Parcent and the Superior court’s halting the PAI for Mestrets, north of Valencia. The future is now brighter as a result. On the other hand, we hope that AUN will continue to carry out its role for as long as needed, continuing to fight those who abuse the rules, against those who victimise others, those who corrupt and rob with or without the law, and against those very laws that permit this behaviour. The management team of AUN wish you all continued success and very much happiness.
